Topic: Updates from TCEQ’s Air Permits Division

Prior to joining the Air Permits Division, Ms. Peticolas was an attorney with the Public, Regulatory, and Environmental Law Practice Group at Winstead PC.  Ms. Peticolas began her TCEQ career as a staff attorney in the Air Section of the TCEQ’s Environmental Law Division.  Her experience also includes serving as lead air attorney for the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) rulemakings and oil and gas rulemakings and regulatory analysis development.  Ms. Peticolas received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso in December 2005 and a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law in 2009.  She is an active member of the State Bar of Texas (Environmental & Natural Resources Law Section); the Austin Bar Association; the Mexican American Bar Association of Texas; and the Hispanic Bar Association of Austin.  She is also a member of the Central Texas Chapter of the Air and Waste Management Association and volunteers her time for several animal rescue groups.

The Chapter must pay for all reserved meals.   If your plans change so that you cannot attend, please cancel your advance reservation before the Monday noon deadline.


Until noon on November 22, 2017, you can pay in advance (optional) using a credit card or PayPal account.   Your advance payment will also be your reservation.   To pay in advance:
  • select the payment type from the drop-down list below,
  • enter the name of the person attending, and
  • click "Add to Cart."

You will be forwarded to PayPal's secure "shopping cart."   To add another person, click "Continue Shopping" and you will be returned to this meeting announcement, where you can enter information for the next person.   When done, check all information in the "shopping cart," then click on "Pay Now" to go PayPal.   Then, to pay using your credit card, click on the "Continue" link above and right of the credit card logos.   When payment is complete, you can click on "view printable receipt" and print the PayPal receipt.   Please bring the receipt with you to the meeting.   PayPal should also send you a confirmation by e-mail.
