Howard Gilberg is a 30+ year environmental lawyer, an adjunct law professor of environmental law, and an air quality expert.  His main clients are in the real estate, manufacturing, and other economic development sectors. Howard is a shareholder in North Texas' environmental law boutique firm, Guida, Slavich & Flores, P.C.  He is a 1977 Honors Economics graduate of the University of Virginia and a 1981 cum laude graduate of the Indiana University School of Law.

Howard has dedicated much of his career pro bono activities to the DFW area's air quality and related environmental challenges.  He has chaired several regional air quality organizations, including NCTCOG Air Quality committees, the North Texas Clean Air Coalition, and the Greater Dallas Chamber Environmental Committee.  He served as chairman of the 1700-member Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, and the Environmental Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association.
